Mark discussed prospects of a renewed Ukrainian counter offensive; divisions within the Zelensky administrations and signs of other centres of power emerging in Kyiv, the impact of the 2024 elections in the US, UK, Russia, and the likelihood of presidential elections in Ukraine, and prospects for a ceasefire.
