Daria Plakhova-Freshville recently spoke at the OffshoreAlert Conference in London on a panel exploring the application of the insolvency toolkit in high-value, cross-border judgment enforcement.
In particular the panel explored how insolvency tools and techniques can add to practical measures to increase pressure and optimise monetisation when a judgment has been obtained. Jurisdictions such as the BVI, Cayman Islands, Cyprus and the UK featured prominently in the discussion, which took place in London on 11th November.
