Alaco's Director of Disputes Nikos Asimakopoulos discussed dispute resolution and asset recovery in Russia at a C5 conference in London on January 28, co-sponsored by Alaco.
Dispute resolution and asset recovery lawyers based in Russia and other FSU jurisdictions were amongst the attendees at C5's annual event, which considered a range of subjects, including those related to complex cross-border investigations, multi-jurisdictional asset tracing and enforcement issues involving local governments, state-owned corporations, multinationals, financial institutions, family offices and (ultra) HNWIs.
